Although the goods I sell are all 2nd hand, whether they are Vintage or not, I endeavour to ensure that they are all in excellent condition when I send them to you. Accidents can and do happen however during the delivery process, so if an item is damaged on arrival, please photograph it with any damaged packaging and send it back to me. I will refund you for the cost of your purchase and the return cost also. Make sure you email me at frissonfashion55@gmail.com,sending the photo and any details you think I need to know.

I keep records of sales, in case follow on customer service is required.
