Customer Care

I am very keen for you as a customer to have a good experience when shopping with me. Although the goods I sell are all 2nd hand, whether they are Vintage or not, I endeavour to ensure that they are all in excellent condition when I send them to you. Accidents can and do happen however during the delivery process, so if an item is damaged on arrival, please photograph it with any damaged packaging and send it back to me. I will refund you for the cost of your purchase and the return cost also. Make sure you email me at,sending the photo and any details you think I need to know. 

Privacy & Safety​

Your privacy and online safety are very important to me. 

Any payments made are via a 3rd party site and I do not hold or keep any of your payment details. 

I keep records of sales, in case follow on customer service is required.

I will not contact you unless you subscribe to the site, or have requested correspondence.
